Emily competed this weekend at Bedford . On Saturday Emily ran in the 100m heats and had a great run qualifying for the seeded final on Sunday afternoon.
On Sunday Emily ran a great 200m in a time just outside her PB. Later in the afternoon Emily finished 3rd in the 100m final but because of the disability scoring system was denied the bronze medal.
Emily really enjoyed competing against some of the girls who are actually going to the Rio Paralympics.
