Emily completed her indoor season for 2016 on Thursday evening competing in the Gateshead College Open Series at Gateshead. Emily competed in shot put and the 60m. Two solid performances rounding off a very good competitive year for Emily resulting in 12 PB performances across her disiplines during the year.
Emily is having a little rest over the festive period then straight back into training for her first meeting of the year at the EIS in Sheffield in January.
