Emily competed at Monkton tonight at a very sunny and warm track. Shot put was first up and in the second round had her best throw of 8.24m. ( 8.41m PB). Very solid throws indeed.
Next after a quick jog to the start was the 200m . Emily had a great start and a very bend to finish in 31.1s. (30.50 s PB). A seasons best .
Next up a very big weekend at Bedford international stadium on 27/28 May.
