On Saturday we are off down to Sheffield to compete in the Northern Athletics Opem Meeting at the EIS . Once again Emily will be doing shot put and the 60m. Then it’s a mad dash home because we are going to The Centre For Life in Newcastle in the evening for the Gateshead Harriers Awards Presentation night . Fingers crossed.
